I want to understand deCarta devZone users' interest in developing applications with data for Mexico? Would you mind sharing your interest and/or need? What are you trying to do?

You may have noticed that we do not currently offer such data. Should we spend the time to provide this additional data set within the devZone and HWS? I want to hear from you. Please email me directly at mcurtis@decarta.com. If you're open to sharing your demand with the community, let me know as well. I can publish the results of your feedback.

I’m always amazed at how many products I see advertised on TV or the news paper are powered by deCarta’s products. I see commercials about Ask.com and Hotels.com and they are always focused on the location elements of their service.

 
I just started season six of 24 (it's awesome!), and Jack Bauer needs to find a location, so he whips out his Sprint phone, types in a lat/long in his TeleNav application and races over to (I won’t get into specifics) and kicks some bad guy ass. I’m sure my friends and family are sick of me saying ‘deCarta powers that!’.

 Did you know that deCarta generates about 90% of all the revenue that North American wireless carriers generate from location based services? Hey, I get excited because it’s job security for me!
